We hope you are delighted with your Rose Du Temps jewelry. However, if you choose not to retain your purchase, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange as long as the item remains unworn. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days after the jewelry is received.

For Canadian customers seeking to make a return

Prior to sending back any item please contact us by email to let us know that you wish to return your order. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost for returns. While the selection of a preferred courier company is optional, we strongly recommend choosing a reputable service that offers signature confirmation and insurance for the shipped goods. It's important to note that Rose Du Temps will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or uninsured packages during the return process.

For Non-Canadian customers seeking to make a return

Prior to sending back any item please contact us by email to let us know that you wish to return your order. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost for returns.  We will generate and email you an insured shipping label for your return using FedEx Express. We strongly advise using the original packaging for your return to minimize the risk of damage due to improper packaging. Please kindly take the securely sealed package and the insured shipping label to the nearest FedEx location near you for drop-off. A flat courier fee that is equivalent to $80 USD in your region’s currency, will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

We will refund or exchange providing the returned item is in the same condition as when purchased and if accompanied by the original sales record (Invoice/Receipt). Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 7 days of return.

Defective or damaged items upon delivery are also eligible for return. You have 30 days to return defective or damaged goods and a refund or replacement will be offered accordingly. All items returned as damaged will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective.

 

FOR CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY
We do not offer returns or exchanges for customized items unless they are deemed faulty. However, in the instance of receiving goods in a damaged condition, we will accept them as eligible for returns. You are allowed a 30-day window to return faulty or damaged items, and we will provide a refund or replacement. Please note that all items returned due to damage will undergo inspection, and those considered to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
